    Greetings, Dr. Flohr.
Congratulations on your appointment, and I wish you every success.

I have been to your blog, and I am incredibly impressed. Your constituents are very lucky to have such an intelligent, proactive and informed representative like yourself, I hope they realize just how unusual you are after reading your blog. I only wish that our equivalent representatives up here in the Nevada Irrigation District performed at this level of service and transparency. We the citizens would have definitely averted the hugely expensive and unnecessary and ongoing disaster that is the Centennial Dam project!

Now you have provided the information, it is up to every citizen in District Four to back you up.
    • The first step is to be informed and stay informed; thanks to you, that will be much easier.
    • The second step is to attend meetings and stay current.
    • The third step is to ask questions, and keep asking until you get answers that are complete and satisfactory.
    • The fourth step is to act on your new understandings by making your voice heard, and by supporting Dr. Flohr every step of the way.
    • The fifth step is to tell your neighbors how things are changing, how they are being freshly empowered, and enlist their active support for further changes.

    Again, thank you!
