This autobiographical blog is a product of my thoughts, experiences, and research efforts and is being developed in response to requests from my constituents and the customers of NYWD. Neither North Yuba Water District employees nor the Board of Directors are (nor will be) involved in the development of this blog in any manner. All NYWD public records may be used in the developing this blog, but that should not be construed as approval by the agency or the Board. For those constituents who are unaware: I am technically an irrigation customer, but I have never received water. I reside in Division 4.
